COACHING REQUIRMENTS:

Clearances:

  • PA State Police Criminal History Clearance (within the last 5 years).

  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance (within the last 5 years).

  • FBI Background Check Clearance (within the last 5 years).

  • SafeSport Training Clearance (within the last year).

  • CDC Heads Up Concussion Training Clearance (within the last year). 

  • EPYSA Coach Risk Management Clearance (within the last year).

Coaching Credentials:

  • Current Coaching Licenses (if applicable).

  • Current Resume.
